Ingredients:
6 Topline Farms® mini cucumbers
1 tsp salt (for drawing out excess water)
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
1 tsp chili flakes (maybe more if you can handle it)
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Make It Happen:
Coil with Confidence
Place a cucumber between two chopsticks to prevent cutting all the way through.
Slice thin diagonal cuts along one side.
Flip it over and make straight cuts down the length of the cucumber.
Gently stretch it out—watch the spiral take shape.
Salt & Sweat
Sprinkle the coils with salt and let sit for 10-15 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
Rinse and pat dry.
Whisk & Pour
In a bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and chili flakes.
Toss the cucumber coils in the dressing until fully coated.
Finish & Serve
Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve immediately for the best crunch.
